VW Assist – unable to influence/rectify bad service from a VW Dealership

This blog covers my attempts to obtain support from VW Assist (VW Australia) to try to overcome a VW Dealership servicing problem that was not be being properly rectified.

It took over 2 weeks of emails/phone calls to VW Assist before I obtained anything other than routine confirmation of my contact (and on occasion I did not even get that), after 2 weeks finally VW Assist tried to liaise with the Dealership but ultimately they were of no real assistance, offering little/no support and allowing the Dealership to poorly represent their brand.

After a week of trying to liaise with the Dealership and coming up with nothing new VW Assist have left me to deal with the situation

Southside VW are part of a AHG Group of Dealerships and they showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue as can be seen here.
